I've been working on digital accessibility for around 9 years now and, more recently, digital inclusion. So, to come across a new (to me) term was quite surprising… and a little embarrassing to be honest!

Here's what I found out about what double disadvantage means and how it affects digital exclusion in Luton.

Opened just over two months ago in Upper George Street, Thrive Hub Luton provides digital support, community-led education, skills development and creative programmes for Luton’s residents.
